Target audience:
Employees of (online) casinos with guest contact, managers and persons in a key position.
Previous education requirements:
Basic addiction prevention course must be completed
Level:
MBO and/or HBO level
 
 
Course duration:
One course day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The course can be offered in two days upon consultation.

On location or a chosen location
Attendees:
6 to 15
 
Study material:
E-learning conversation, during the physical course material on paper is also handed out.
 
Assessment:
The trainer assesses the participants on the aspects of attitude, motivation and behavior. The participant must obtain at least a passing grade on all components.
 
Certificate:
After completion you will receive a certificate for the employee.
