Assessment:
The trainer assesses the participants on the aspects of attitude, motivation and behavior. The participant must obtain at least a passing grade on all components.
Certificate:
After successfully completing this training, participants will receive a digital certificate.

Participants receive an introduction why game explinations are helpfull and mandatory. We will provide the necessary background information and also visit the casino with participants. Here we highlight some slot machines and provide information about the different games and how to best explain them. Finally, employees themselves get to work on providing game explanations.
